Healing young hearts.

For children carrying more than they should — especially children from military, veteran, and vulnerable families — emotional well-being is just as important as physical health. Our Mental Health Program provides professional psychological support that helps children process difficult experiences, build resilience, and regain a sense of safety.

Why mental health matters

Some weights are too heavy for small shoulders.

Many children face emotional challenges caused by trauma, loss, displacement, family stress, or prolonged uncertainty. Without proper support, these experiences can affect their confidence, relationships, learning, and overall development.

Through compassionate care and evidence-based approaches, we make sure every child receives support tailored to their unique needs — and the chance to feel safe again.

Our goal is to help children:
Feel safe and understood
Develop healthy coping skills
Build emotional resilience
Strengthen self-confidence
Improve social and family relationships
Restore hope for the future
Our mental health services

Five gentle ways in — meeting each child where they are.

Every child is different, so support looks different too. From quiet one-on-one sessions to play, stories, and family guidance, each service opens a door toward healing.

Service 01

Individual Psychological Counseling

Children receive one-on-one support from qualified psychologists in a safe and caring environment. Sessions are designed to help them express emotions, process experiences, and develop healthy strategies for overcoming challenges — at their own pace, with no pressure and no judgement.

Service 02

Teddy Bear Therapy

For younger children, therapeutic play creates a gentle, accessible way to talk about feelings. Through specially designed therapeutic toys, children learn to communicate emotions and reduce anxiety.

Service 03

Bibliotherapy

Books become powerful tools for healing. Carefully chosen stories help children understand emotions, recognize their own experiences, and discover positive ways to navigate challenges.

Service 04

Group Support Activities

Children benefit from connecting with peers who share similar experiences. Group sessions encourage communication, empathy, confidence, and a real sense of belonging.

Service 05

Family Support

Healing is strongest when families are involved. We provide guidance, counseling, and resources that help parents and caregivers support their children's emotional well-being.
